no tone & very poor service after making complaint at 1218

my ptcl is dead since last two weeks, repeated complaints has been lodged, lattest complaint # are 5 then 12, no response, complaints are intentionaly removed from your computerised system after few days with out solving the problem. ZIND ABAD PTCL
