Change load shedding timings

Dear sir
Im the resident of Liaquat Ashraf Colony Mehmoodabad No.6 Our load shedding hrs are 2-3pm, 7-8pm and 11:30 pm to 12:30am sir it is requested you to kindly change our load shedding hrs because its too late at night.
