Sir!
My problam is this that i want to change my date of birth according to my matric cirtificate whears on my ID, date of birth is written from B-form , Tell me is it necessory to verify matric certificate from Fedral Board .

Speed:Very Slow, 1 min on 1 min off, customer service guy take all the information then put on hold for connect to technical guy who never pick up phone, called them 5 times balance b4 calling 50 rupees now balance = 0
