NIC NUMBER IS NOT MATCH FOR ACTIVATION

Dear Sir/Madam,

Whan we call for activation card than my all answered are correct by at the end my nic number is not matching with your system which is wrong mentioned in your system
I m facing this problem please note my card number 4025 8103 4978 4004 & NIC number is 35201-6080...
