not activited ceridit card

i am received a watan card 22 days ago. card number 4585-4773-2882-0001 and my nic num is 43304-1896219-7 but still is not activated i give already complain email telephone customer serves but no any rep;y please check out my complain as soon as possible my telephone contact num is 03009319211 ...
