Non working of broadbank service

I am user of broadband service on ptcl line 36326947 at address 554/2 Near Azizabad Police Station, Azizabad, Federal B area, Karachi. The connectivity of internet is not working at all since last 15-20 days. Pls. check at your end the nature of problem being faced by us.
