I have PTCL Broadband 1mbps but its download speed is too much low .
i hate this ??
i have complained too much time but no response from PTCL ..
PTCL is too much bad in consumer service

I did talk to the PTCL complaint department but in vain as they don’t accept their fault.
solved the problem.
