My CNIC is 37604 1590766 3 , I am using your other product also, due to many reasons , I decided to sale my car and wanted to pay off other products. I paid the amount in full and collectiion department assured me for issuance of NOC. NOC was issued from Lahore but not handed over to me at Islama...
