Not working On Incomming Call on CLI Device

Since 15 Days I have activited CLI Fecilated on Phone 0223817412 by 1236 But not working my new CLI Device of Incomming Call Variouse Complaine to Your Customer Center on 1236 but no any response from PTCL.
