REVERSAL OF OVER LIMIT CHARGES

I am using HBL credit card for more than 6 months without any problem.
Recently I have been charged for PKR 1,160/- as over limit usage. The extra usage was PKR 58 only and it relates to SMS Alert Fee.

You are requested to reverse these charges and oblige.
