not opened the account after 22 days

dear sir,
it is for your good knoldge that i tried to open my current account for my company salarry at manga mandi branch.
i do the payment and fill the application form on 04 10 2010
after 23 days till i am waiting for confirmation SMS
when i contact with mr ihsan ahmed ...
