Delay delivery of Salary Payment

I am account holder of UBL MBH bearing account no.10212401.My monthly salary which is transferring from GJR have every month delay delivery problem.No official from Gujranwala & Mandi Baha ud din responding properly.Pl.inform what i have to do.
