WHY NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WATAN CARD

Dear Sir,

I am resident of Tehsil Kot Addu Distt. Muzaffar Garh having CNIC No. 3230309128793. M married have two daughter name Samreen (5year) & Mehreen (3Years). M only responsible for my own family.
Please consider me eligible for WATAN CARD & let me know by email.
