Eleventh hour receipt of bill for February 2011

Old Consumer No.7336501860(Bill-ID 765209278770). The subject bill, issued on 16th, has just now been delivered leaving a very short time for the consumer to pay it in time. Hopefully, the delivery system would be streamlined in future.
