Mistake at Nadra end

REQUEST FOR THE REFUND OF 10,000 PAID AGAINST DOUBLE CNIC

Kindly view my CNIC No:35202-9-0933459-7, it was working ok but after 5years i came to know that in nadra data i have double CNIC ,which i never got ...now the main difference is date of birth.
