Dead Speed

its the second time i am coplaining the same problum............i am the customer of 4DSL 4mb KOT ADDU DISTT. M--GARH PTCL # --40019(contact..03336004819) ...but speed is dead slow..............are you able to solve this problem.? i am facing this problem for many a days.............................

MY SPEED IS VERY VERY LOW DOWNLOADING SPEED IS 128 AND 461
