Downloading & Browsing Problem

Dear Sir,
We are facing continuesly problem in downloading & browsing. We are using 1Mb speed but i think its just looks like Dial up connection speed, May i ask when your company will resolve such issues.????
we are tired to do complaints continuesly but your staff yet shamless <...
