very slow speed

Recently i heard that the dsl speed is going to double pretty soon. But sorry i am disappointed no dsl speed for past two months. i am a student and downloading becomes a pathetic issue with PTCL. My no is:042-36294423. On 1218 complaint no there is nohing but one story after another.

dsl browsing speed is going slow day by day.

I m using 1MB speed of student package.my dsl browsing speed is going very slow day by day.even it doesn't work at day.so plzzz resolve my this problem.otherwise i'll DC my dsl coonection.
