Poor customer care/Hurdles for Clients by EFU

While claiming minor repairing damage to my car , the EFU General Insurance coy surprisingly asked me for producing Car Tracker Certificate as a prerequisite for accepting my claim for repair. Though tracker is installed in my car but this very demand is totally irrelevant and completely illegal...
