I am working in dongfang electric Corporation last 5 year i am start in 2006 and i am registers in eobi but still i have not received my card i am mention here my eobi card number 2800J038028 plz solve my problem.

first i was the member of EOBI in 2006 as the employee of ACTED PAKISTAN for 18 months then i left the job and once again i have join the ACTED PAKISTAN in 2011 and sumbit my new form for EOBI but still i didnt receive my EOBI card .
