Speed issue

Low Speed then rated

I was told at the timing of purchasing this device is of 3.01 Mbps Speed but when i check my speed on www.speedtest.net it shows only 0.23 Mbps ....kinldy resolve the problem as early as possible, where as my device is connected on high signal frequency.

Sir,
I am Irfan lives at Harbancepura , Lahore. Recently i purchased the "evo 3G" . Due to poor signals the performance of the evo is not satisfactory.
