I have EVO Black 3G device for net using. I have 256_KBPS package charging Rs.1200/ month card. Buts its speed is too low as 20KPS. Even I am using Black cable as Antenna for it on 1st floor, not on ground floor in Multan Cantt area.
What should i do for it.
