Suggestion how to simply Indian visa policy for all Pakistani

I much dis-appoint and regret when I got news that Pakistani citizen faces more problems and difficulties for getting Indian visa for any special reasons.

Simply INDIAN visa policy for all Pakistani citizen

I want to drawn the attention of FOREIGN & PRIME MINISTER OF Pakistan why relation between Pakistan and India not improving that reasons India makes visa policy more and more difficult for Pakistani citizen
