over charging on fnf package

i am charged more than 70 Rs on a call to my f.n.f. no. in one hour, on week end and it is not according to the package, so refund my due balance as it is a big Q. on your service credibility

amount deduction

Sir my network number is 0323-473 45 05, butt recently my glow sms package 700 de-activation. I an already send the sms your service center. I write glow 700 and sending of number of 7070 butt he replay me this service is not available for your package I don’t not what’s a matter pls. help me...
