The Branch persons of Barkat market gourmet bakery misbehaves with the customer, Today a customer went to that branch to have Gourmet karachi nimko and the staff first gave him the wrong one then after that when the packed product return to the branch to replace with the Karachi nimko(original) ...

Hi, I am a visitor from out side. I purchased 2 KG of sweets from Groumet Backery Walton Road Branch and once we served it to our guests - they threw it out as it was rotten.
Once we came back hardly and told all the story - the staff was not understanding our complaint and did not return...
