ATM BALANCE NOT REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT

At the time of transaction of mony atm booth is going out of service and my amount of Rs.8000, is blocked so i did inform to branch staff and branch staff is not resolved my problem previous 15 days. So my request is that kindly resolved my problem as soon as possible.
