cant get my tax deduction statement

I am trying since 29/10/2011 to get my tax deduction statement (of cell no.03335057766) but i failed to get it.I request many times to send statement on my email address. Every time i get message that with in max.one hour you will get tax deduction statement,but still i am waiting.Pl. help me Read Comments
