in my meter there is 3600 units are bakaya to hesco mine to hesco

i pay my bill every month. in every month my is coming above 5000. in my home there is medium load . and in my meter 3600 bakaya yo hesco. pk. my father was death and im 17een pld pnly then i not paid bill 5000 above plz help meeee
