dot com dot pk sites opening problem

Hello All!

I am getting problem to open websites that are .com.pk, like www.ubl.com.pk, www.ptcl.com.pk, http://mobile-phones.com.pk these are not opening on default dns of PTCL connection, I have to use open dns.

Can any body tell when this problem will be solved ? thanks
