i am a flood victim & my Watan Card is not made.

Complain to make Watan Card

I belong to tehsil jampur of district Rajanpur taht is highly affected area regarding flood but i want to say as by confirming from your on line service i came to know as i am not eligible of Watan Card so guide me in this regard.
