Difference in the Tag Prices and the the one bill

I had heard a lot of complaints about the wrong doings in Imtiaz store ........ I was its customer for few months but one fine day sumone close told me about the problem he faced, as i mentioned in the subject....i had the same prolem the difference in tag price and the one i paid was almost 15% ...
