unreliable Broadband DSL Connection

Sir,
i order for the PTCL 10MB Broadband Dsl Connection and it was setup on early dates of April.
till now the Connection Comes with 3-4MB Speed, i complaint Several times, but it can cannot be fixed.

Load Sheding

I request to Higher authority of KESC that please make sure for load sheding time in whole karachi, because most of the areas are free from Load sheding, please reschedule load sheding prevoius.from Shah Faisal Colony No. 2
