sim blokage without informing

mjhe btaye baghair meri sim bnd kr di gai jis ki koi khas waja bhi nai thi dosri sim ka bill na pay krne ki wja se ise bnd kr dia gya ye kahan ka rule hai aur ye kis law ke mutabiq kam kia gya i want answer imediately in case of no reply i will convert my no to another network....no is 0300867849...
