late service and poor bread quality

i ordered kfc and it took 3 hour and no response i called many times in branch helpline they said sorry mam rider is on the way this is the 4th time they deliver me very late food and this time they didnt provide me food after 3 hour and now i canceled my food very very poor service .... and 1 mo...
