Refund credit card charges against Payorder

I have already complaint MCB credit card department against pay order (I-plan) on 29-08-2011
i have booked i-plan pay order Rs: 140,000/= on 29` July 2011 but no received pay order many time i call help line but no result and unprofessional behaviour.
