unjustified fees and insulting behaviour

Dear Banker,

I got subject Visa card and an account in MCB in 2009 on insistence of someone referred to me by a close friend. Actually I did not need it but I agreed to oblige that person. I never used this card but paid the dues whatever they were by authorizing bank to settle my CC Bills...
