Fast track fee Rs.500 - form B

so called Fast track of NADRA. we applied form B for our baby on fast track system fee Rs.500 they took details and rested us for 4 or 5 days but now its more them 8 days we dint get any form B. we have to apply for passport and visa but nobody there to hear us. we are helpless... what to do. do ...
