Prepare B form in Rs 50/=

I reached NADRA Office at 7:30 morning with wife and got token No 8 .When came our number counter No 1. lady says does not make B Form with Rs 50/= here.If you want make pay Rs 500/=.Other wise you can go another office.(I know she is liar) But why NADRA & GOVT. OF PAKISTAN wants poorman,s ch...
