NAME IS NOT IN LIST

Dear Sir,
My name is Muhammad ibrar and i am from Malakand ID Card No. is 15402-4379663-1. During the flood my house is also deystroyed by flood i am married and have 4 kids sir please include my name in the list of WATAN CARD.
