SOLVE THE PROBLEM

HI i am Abdul wahid i bought land near touch with wall of ptc and i am not happy from the too much noise of machines and i cant earn any benifits from it bcz of tobaco smells.smoke of tobaco is finishing my all vegetables also.and i want it to solve this issue by this email kindly show me the way...
