i requested ptcl on 080080800 in Sept 2010 to upgrade my dsl speed from 1 MB to 4 MB , i repeatedly called them since then ,sometimes 4 times a day. And all i hear from them is that they have forwarded my request to higher authorities for urgent action and that problem ll be resolveed in 72 hour...
