OUR FATHER IS ELIGIBLE TO RECIEVE WATAN CARD.....ACTUALLY HE HAS GONE TO DUBAI,......WE HAVE WRITE APLICATION TO TRANSFER THIS CARD TO HIS WIFE BUT NO RESPONCE SHOWN BY PDMA OR NADRA,,,,,,,,,,,,SO I REQUEST U TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS AND GIVE RELIEF TO US
