Voice is not comming in return

my call is connected , balance is deducted and no Voice is coming from the other side , my cell is alright and i have checked it 3 times , the costumer care (111) didn't helped me anyhow and said me that I should call again

Mobilink Do Not Take Customers Seriously

I have experienced great difficulties with the Mobilink or locally known as “Jazz” (Pakistan’s Leading Mobile Phone Network).

Someone had taken my number out by deception and I am not getting the attention to rectify these matters as a responsible mobile phone network should do.
