i am using ptcl dsl line for last 4 month.my package is 2 mb but recently ptcl double up the speed of some packages so my package is upgraded to 4mb.i complain to their call centre and technical depart many times but they only give me a waiting time about 72 hours.i am in truble about thus servic...
