With the reference of the subject matter , i went your branch witch located at Daroghawala Lahore for open saving account. But the bank's practice of not talking properly with me. Please take action against him

i am banking with bank islami i have received my bank statement today and along with my bank statement they have sent me some one's else bank statement are they not violating data protection do we have any thing like this in pakistan ???
