I subscribed to the PTCL Broadband connection of 1 MBPS. I have been facing the problem of low speed for four days. My downloading speed is only 20 KB per second. Please give me the solution of my problem. Otherwise i will cancel out the service by not paying the bill and subscribe to Wateen.net....
