speed complain

forstly my dsl is 4mb and i am not satisfied from my dsl speed then i reduced my dsl speed to 1 mb and also on 1 mb there is speed problem when i call 1218 he said that change your wires i used internet speed 4mb on these wires firstly the speed is wonderful then it disturb me i want to amprove ...
