speed is slow. PING is always high and download/ upload is low. I have alraedy submitted a complaint and got response but problem still persists. My previous complaint No is WT-319869.

Net speed is slow which had even previously been reffered and your rep contacted but problem still persist. The previous complaint No is WT-319869. PING is very high and download speed is too slow. Similarly upload speed is again is very slow.

sir i have made complaint certain time regarding slow WI-TRIBE internet services am facing this problem since from 4 month even some time am not able to open any single page .
pl solve this problem on priority bases .

I am using wi-tribe for more than 3 months but there is still problem with speed they are cheating us for speed boost and other packages. Customer service is also not resolving any issue, they have a template message for any complaint. Please resolve this issue.

I want to request Wi-Tribe that I used ur product 1Mb link. I m satisfied with ur cs dept. They helped whenever I required. But problem is this ur volume given for download is not according to requirement. Just next to the trial days I consumed my 12Gb volume.
