Network Busy / every time call disconnect

Dear Sir/ Medam

I have been using zong network for one year, but mostly the zong network always be going busy and therefore many times calls be disconnected, if your condition remaining same than i and with my family will change this network. kindly help me in this regards.

bad signal

i bought zong sim when i insert it in to mobile there is no signal i contact service customer service center but not got good response so i am leaving sim zong please i request to the authorty to improve there service in bahawalnagar.
