ILLEGAL/UNJUST ISSUANCE OF DUPLICATE SIM AGAINST MY MOBILE # 0300-9292998

It is noticed that since last 4 days my cell number is showing message that "SIM connection failed". Today early in morning, i reached your franchise office situated at Gurumandi near to my residence, upon inquiry it is revealed that on 8th Sep some body has issued duplicate SIM for said number which is totally illegal and unjustified. Due to this, i am out of touch with collegue/friends circle and might be occured some loss due to miscommitment.

Please investigate and restore my SIM which has saved all my important numbers of friends/famillities and collegues circles, otherwise i wont have option to lodge the compalint to the legal forum for mental torture and agony as well as claim for compensation for miscommitment occured due to this.
